Co-Founder
Across her career as a C-level leader driving HR, organizational development, and business strategy, Alison earned a reputation helping large-scale and small-scale enterprises unlock the power of high-performing teams, develop diverse leadership, and build scalable multinational operations. She brings a uniquely holistic perspective to complex business challenges after gaining experience in sales, operations, supply chain, and HR roles spanning packaged goods (CPG), life sciences / biotech, financial services, and technology industries.
Alison is an avid equestrian and eventer.
Suzanne Slade
Co-Founder
Suzanne is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor (UK trained) and lifelong horsewoman. She has 13 years experience leading corporate workshops in the US and UK fostering human-horse connections to drive personal and professional growth. Prior to training as a psychotherapist, Suzanne spent 12 years in the financial services industry, working for Investment Banks in London, England in both HR and Financial Crime Prevention.
